, Homeworks seeks thoughtful responses to the COVID-19 pandemic by convening a series of conversations with academics, designers, and community practitioners. Over the course of four days, conversations will focus on singular topics: Social Connectivity, Public Space, Home Life, and Food Systems. Homeworks will conclude with a Recap presentation by designer Rick Valicenti—Indy Design Week’s Keynote presenter.

Homeworks: Recap will summarize and expand on the lessons learned from the four Homeworks sessions. The 30–minute presentation will be made by designer Rick Valicenti, who is also the Indy Design Week 2020 Keynote presenter. Recap will be part of the Indy Design Week 2020 "Main Stage" events which are open to all who participated in one or more of the Homework workshops (others are welcome to attend and encouraged to contribute to Indy Design Week, a non-profit organization). The virtual doors open at 9 am.

Rick Valicenti will take the stage again at 5 pm to give the Keynote Presentation for Indy Design Week 2020. Please feel free to pop in and out or stay tuned for the entire day.
